Andy Haugen / Attorney

Family issues touch the heart of who we are as people. During my career, I’ve represented clients in an array of family law issues – including child custody, complex property and asset division in divorce, business and retirement valuation, and modifications to spousal maintenance, child support, and parenting time orders. These are not simply legal issues requiring resolution, they are matters involving emotional context.

Successful resolution begins by understanding your goals and desired outcomes so we can navigate your legal matters with flexibility and utilize a steady approach toward your best results. We do this through dispute resolution or, if necessary, litigation in court – creating a result that allows you to move on. I not only do this representing clients but also act as a Rule 114 qualified neutral, assisting parties as a mediator in their disputes.

My roots go deep in this community. I was born in Prior Lake, and have continued to live in Minneapolis and the southwest metro area with my wife and children.  A lifelong athlete and former college baseball player, I now spend time golfing, snowboarding, and training Brazilian jiu jitsu. I love to spend time with my family attending Gopher football, Twins, and Timberwolves games.

Whether at home or in the office, I also surround myself with music and books. We always have something playing in the office – our collection is varied enough to suit just about any mood. Americana, rock, and soul are steady favorites of mine. Lunch breaks often include the two-block walk to the local Excelsior independent bookstore. I read widely within fiction, non-fiction, and memoirs. There’s one other thing essential to the health and vitality of our office. Coffee.

All carefully selected, I want our office to be a reflection of who we are and our varied interests. My hope is that clients will feel comfortable whenever in our unique space.

Lisa Needham / Attorney

The practice of Family Law involves navigating often complex legal issues involving multiple parties. Throughout my career, I have been committed to using technology as a way to deliver access to the legal system. My experience spans state and local government, teaching law students, and advocating for a variety of groups including Education Minnesota, the Nameless Coalition, and League of Women Voters.

My interests in technology and many things vintage give me a true appreciation for the past, present, and future. I bring that appreciation to all facets of my life, including practicing law. As we work together to create resolution, trust me to take a truly comprehensive approach to your situation.

Whether at the office or at home, you’ll find me listening to music. An avid collector of vintage vinyl records, my favorite genres are Americana, vintage soul, and jazz vocalists. Carrying on the vintage theme, I also collect American-made menswear from the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s.

Reading and animals are other passions of mine. I try – and mostly succeed – at reading a new book each week and, along with my wife, take care of an ever-rotating cast of rescue dogs.
